Woven labels
– are made to last the lifetime of your product. The threads are pre-dyed and no inking is involved in the production of woven labels. In the woven label, the design is woven from threads, creating a one-piece product, making it more durable, and a more polished finish that reflects in a more professional look. There are three main types in woven labels:

Satin polyester based lustrous thread which is soft and smooth. It is the most popular choice, it is soft , has good and fine feeling

Taffeta – polyester based plain woven thread used for low cost or basic uses. It’s made from polyester fabrics. It is more endurable than satin and more suitable for outerwear or accessories. However the satin and the taffetas are leading the labels to real feeling .

Damask a lustrous based thread has a smooth soft texture. Typically considered high end and used for intricate details, such as signatures or small text. Damask is the tightest weave fabric and it’s really soft. It’s a top choice when quality is a top choice for the seamstress. Damask reflects style and comfort with best finish.
